Before you meet a puppy, it helps to know exactly what comes home with them. Included with every puppy
- Vaccinations: a minimum of 2 and up to 4, depending on your puppy's age at collection.
- Deworming: dewormed before collection.
- Microchip: every puppy is microchipped.
- AVS dog licence: we transfer it to you.
- Vaccination card: yours to take home.
- Vet health certificate: yours to take home.
- Starter kit: a bag of puppy kibble and a training leash.
- Aftercare: lifetime aftercare support via WhatsApp.
- 48-hour health guarantee: subject to terms; see below.
What the price also covers
- Price covers import permit and quarantine costs.
- Import paperwork is handled by us and can be viewed in the shop.
Only with certain dogs, or seen in the shop
- Pedigree certificate: comes only with certain dogs. Ask us whether the puppy you're meeting has one.
- Parents' DNA reports: shown to you in the shop. They are not handed over.

Your AVS dog licence
Every dog in Singapore must be licensed, and we transfer your puppy's AVS dog licence to you. AVS's licensing page explains how a change of licensee works: the current licensee starts the transfer on PALS, AVS's Pet Animal Licensing System, and the new licensee is notified to accept it there. A licence is not permission to keep a dog at your address, so check HDB or your estate's rules first. Our dog licence guide has more detail.
Our 48-hour health guarantee
Every puppy comes with a 48-hour health guarantee. It covers certain specified genetic diseases where a certified vet declares the puppy unfit to be sold. There is no longer-term genetic cover. The guarantee is subject to terms; ask us for the full conditions before you collect your puppy.
What's not included: things you'll arrange
- Pet insurance, if you choose to take it out.
- Ongoing vet visits, including future vaccinations and routine care, with a vet of your choice.
- AVS dog licence renewals, which you arrange with AVS through PALS when your licence is due. AVS sets the fees.
- Everyday supplies beyond the starter kit, such as a carrier, bed, bowls, pee pads and toys. Our first-week puppy guide has a shopping list.
FAQs
Which documents do I take home?
Your puppy's vaccination card and vet health certificate. Pedigree certificates come only with certain dogs. The parents' DNA reports and the import paperwork can be viewed in the shop; they are not handed over.
Has my puppy been vaccinated and dewormed?
Yes. Your puppy has had a minimum of 2 and up to 4 vaccinations, depending on age at collection, and is dewormed before collection. Your vet will advise on what comes next.
What's in the starter kit?
A bag of puppy kibble and a training leash. Nothing else is included, so plan the rest of your puppy's supplies before collection.
Do you handle the AVS dog licence?
Yes. We transfer your puppy's AVS dog licence to you. Future licence renewals are arranged with AVS through PALS.
